Hi
When using the “Add media” function in the text block (blog and pages) I used to be able to click on the image once it was uploaded and edit it by adjusting the size directly in the text block. I can no longer get this tools to work when I click on the image.
I right click on the image in the text block, and I can see the pop up with the tools for editing, but when I try to click on the tools they disappear. I don’t get the option to adjust the size directly either. (squares in the corners not visible)
Could this be due to a bug of some sort?I know this has worked before, and it is a function I need to work efficiently. Please have a look.
Thanks.
Elisabeth

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Can you please point us to the page where this is happening?

VictoriaJuly 20, 2018 at 4:01 pm #987886Thank you.
See the details below.
I have tried several pages and options and found that it is possible to edit the images directly in the text block if the image has text displayed.
If the image is without text the edit box only pops up for a second and it won’t let me edit.July 21, 2018 at 9:24 pm #988224Hi Elisabethkaasa,
I do not see where the issue is.
Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue and point us to the page where it is happening?
Best regards,
VictoriaJuly 21, 2018 at 10:23 pm #988233If you open any text block containing an image (without image text) and click on the image to edit it, you will see that the pop up disappears and it is not possible to click on it to edit.

Does this not happen for you? When I have image text however, this doesn’t happen and I am able to adjust the image size directly and enter the editing area.
July 23, 2018 at 4:51 pm #988769Hi Elisabethkaasa,
I am using the trackpad on my Mac so the edit tab does not disappear. It still hard to understand what the issue is. Can you please make a small screencast of what is not working for you?

VictoriaJuly 24, 2018 at 10:27 pm #989404Hi
It appears that this is a bug due to the browser. As you didn’t have the same error on your side, I tried switching to another browser and then it worked! I was using Edge and switched to Chrome. So, it turns out that this was not an Enfold error.
Thank you for your help!
