    Hello guys,

I hope you are doing well.

    A. The main issue: For a specific post type (stm-lessons) created by the plugin Masterstudy LMS, when the visitor is from a mobile device, there is no responsiveness at all.

Although the ALB was not used in the creation of the lessons (stm-lessons post type), I went ahead and added the functions you suggest in other threads and the option to design with ALB is added. That, unfortunately, did not fix the responsiveness issue.

    B. Secondary issue: Also, in that specific post type, the enfold pop up regarding cookies comes up all the time, no matter if the visitor accepts or not (you can try to accept and then refresh to see it again).

Everything is up to date to its latest version and there is no minification / caching at all.

Please find all the information you may need at the private content section.

Thank you in advance for your reply!

    Best regards,

    Victor

    Hi Victor,

Are you sure that this is a theme specific problem? Please note that our support is limited when it comes to problems caused by third party plugins or code. I would suggest that you try reaching out to the plugin developers first of all, to see if they can help you out.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello there Rikard,

Thank you for the reply. I am still trying to figure this out.

I understand that this may be out of the scope of support, although is it possible that a few lines of CSS can resolve the responsiveness issue? I am still struggling with this!

    Any help is welcome!

    Best regards,

    Victor

    Hi,

Looks like the plugin completely overrides the layout of the theme, removes all of the default class names and IDs, which also disables the default styles. It also disables the scripts. Please look at the screenshot below.

    Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/1367ptv

As you can see, none of the default theme layout or structure is left. You may need to contact the plugin developers for more info about this issue.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
