Hello,
I have a problem. No video sliders are shown in a mobile version of my page. What can be the problems?
There are so much (sometimes to complicated setting possiblities) that, at the moment, I have no idea how to start in clarifying the problem and errors.

I’ve tried to upload the videos instead of refereing to YouTube – but that changes nothing…
The problem also occurs for each slider – so there not a specific slider problem I guess.

The video plays automatically after we accepted the privacy cookies and refreshed the page. You may need to select the first or second option in the Enfold > Privacy & Cookies > Cookie Handling > Default Cookie Behavior settings if you want it to work immediately without user consent.

IsmaelUnfortunately that changes nothing for the mobile view. The cookie settings were set as you proposed.
If I load the page with a slide on a smartphone e. g. I see a dummy for a shorte while (no content) which then is hidden.

Background videos are actually disabled on mobile devices, which is why you have to add a fallback image. On mobile view, the fallback image will display instead of the video. If you really need to display the video, toggle the visibility of the color section and set it so that it is hidden on mobile view, then add an actual video element.
