    Hey Daniele,

    We recently implemented a check on the support forum to see if users have valid support periods, since this is a requirement from Themeforest/Envato. I’m guessing that is what you are referring to? Please extend your support period on Themeforest: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

    I think the them was bought that year.
    So do i need to purchase a new support period?

    Hi,

    Yes, you would have to extend your support period on Themeforest, if you want to access the support forum. We would have kept the forum open to all users if it was up to us, but like I wrote earlier, this is a requirement from Themforest which we have to comply with.
