hi, how can i display the telephonenummer and the emailadress at the right end of the main menu and delete the top menu here?

Please choose not to display phone number in header meta in Enfold theme options > Header > Extra elements. Then refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/ and add a widget area to your header and add your elements using HTML.
