    Hi,

    I have now logged 3 tickets with zero support?

    Really not happy with the service. I am supposed to launch an international website for one of our biggest clients but still can’t see my blog posts.

    Hey Frank,

    You open a ticket and then you ask us to close it in one, you haven’t replied to the second, and the third is just you complaining about response times, just like in this one. What about sticking to explaining your problem instead of complaining?
