    How do I raise a new ticket?

    I just purchased your theme but it doesn’t seem to be a WordPress site

    That is the correct theme. You just have to follow the proper installation instructions:

    Install enfold theme

    I tried that http://prntscr.com/tq9zib
    But the WP site comes back and says ‘link expired’

    And working out what ZIP file to upload is tough to workout.

    Can you guide me please

    Yes WordPress is installed.
    I manually copied the theme into WP and activated it.
    But then the demo import didn’t work, and the manual demo import didn’t work either

    I have requested a refund from Themeforest if you don’t mind OKing that.
    I have a rule that if a theme I purchase has issues at this stage then I am going to have issues with it all the time.

    Apologies for that, but that is something that ThemeForest handles as far as refund approval or decline.
