No support license.

Hello I hope you will help me. I purchased Enfold some time ago and now that I’m finishing a website, with the theme, there is a problem with the stretched layout. I realise I’m out of support, but I can’t use the forum. so I’m stranded. I’ve read the forum, until I fall asleep, :-) but can’t find a solution and I can’t post because I have no support.

I haven’t had any issues with the theme, it operates fine, so I haven’t needed support before. If there’s anything you can do for me with advice at all, I’d be forever grateful.
