No suggestions working so far to hide drop down menu. Please help!

I’m still unable to hide my drop down menu. I had to add the child pages to the main menu so I could get the active state to work when on a child page, but I don’t actually want the drop down menu to show on the main navigation. Every suggestion so far has not worked. Can you please let me know what else to try?

Btw.. I don’t have a save option on the wordpress theme editor, so I added the recommend style to my child theme as well as the base.css within the enfold theme itself and still nothing worked.
