    Same issue as Casiano. After WP upgrade to 3.9, text block spec options are not visible, html code is in both Visual mode, and Text mode; both are white. I hope that your next update will fix this major problem as well.

    Hi freeethinka!

    Please try deactivating all active plugins and flush browser cache few times. It was caching issue for other users who had the same problem
