I have several sliders on my site that were working, and now they are not. On the home page, there is a full width slider in the masthead, and a blog slider near the middle of the page. Neither are working, but I can get the blog slider to activate on click. (It just doesn’t show anything initially, which is not good.)

Here’s the website on a staging server: http://bclaunchpad.com/dev19/

I am running the latest version of Enfold 4.7.6.1, as well as WordPress 5.4.2 with PHP 7.2.29.

There are other pages with other sliders not working as well. For example, the Athletics section on the Parks & Recreation page (http://bclaunchpad.com/dev19/departments/parks-rec/) isn’t showing the slider, but you can click it and get it to work. Again, not optimal, because we want to have the slideshow play automatically—or at least show up!

Let me know how this can be resolved. Thanks!

Can anyone help? We are close to launching and this is a very important part of our website.

    Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. The link in private seems to be breaking jQuery on your site, I’m not sure what #page=9 part of the link is supposed to do?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

That opens a specific page in a pdf. Not sure which page you got that from, and why that’s even relevant?

Oh sorry, didn’t realize that link was in the navigation menu. I removed and now the sliders work! Wow. I’ll have to figure out another way to link to that pdf, but this is a great help.

    THANK YOU!!
