I started ticket #168976 on October 1st regarding a javascript error I am getting that I believe is causing the tabs shortcode not to work in IE8. I have still not received a response despite my two additional messages providing more information on the error and a message to Kriesi. Now my ticket is closed by I never received a response from support. This seems to be very uncharacteristic for you?? However I am very frustrated since this issue has delayed my launch by 4 days. Can someone please help me? Ticket #169999 provides additional information. If this is not an issue that can can be solved by support, please at least let me know. Thank you!!!
