    Dear Kriesi-Team.

    Unfortunately I get no reaction to my last support request + an additional reminder to this request.

    Woocommerce menu/categries disappears in some cases

    Second try – Woocommerce menu/categories disappear in some cases

    Is it because it´s a request to funktionallity with the woocommerce-plugin?

    I would appriciate a reaction of your support team, so I can deal with the mentioned problem.

    Hey Manuel,

    We have been very busy after release of Enfold 4.5.1 and WordPress 5.0. In such times, we put theme related issues first and customization requests second. Thanks for your patience!
