    Hi Support !

    I encounter difficulties with displaying product thanks to the Enfold WooCommerce tools
    I’m working with an established site an established WooCommerce who was working with another theme.

    When swapping the theme everything is right but the shop display
    I’ve followed the advice in the post https://kriesi.at/support/topic/product-grid-no-products-found-which-match-your-selection/#post-859678

    1. I’ve Clear Counts in WooCommerce
    2. I’ve recount my product with the woocommerce tool
    3. I’ve make change in Default Product Sorting
    4. I’ve select a category where products exist in the slider products

    Moreother, I’ve used the [product] shortcode in my page, which display my products (but whithout the power of enfold)
    Considering that, I keep encountering the same mistake : “No products found which match your selection.”

    What should I do to go further and resolve than problem I’ve been working during several hours ?

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply, I saw that the product slider was not showing any products, I copied your page shortcodes to my localhost to examine the settings in English and I found the second filter was set to “Show hidden products only”

    so I changed it to “Show all products” because I don’t think you have any hidden products and now the element shows products, please take a look.

    Thank you very much for your tenacity and motivation in solving this problem Mike !

    That’s a easy one in english, but a toughest one with the french version : the translation might be wrong : face the Woocommerce hiden visibility, there 2 options (indeed). If I re-translate what’s in french there’s :
    > Voir la fiche produit, , literally, “See the product sheet” as Show all prodcuts
    > Masquer les contrôles video, literally, “Hide video controls” as Show hidden product only
    …Given theses choices, I didn’t realize that this was the right place to act.

    More other, it seems there’s a missing item in french compared with english version (see image)
    Translation issue

    So Everything is correct now for me, but the french translation (for the further version)
