    Hello,
    i am from Germany, so i am sorry for my english.

    I have build a new OnePage Side on PC and is not ready but it works.
    But on Mobile i cant see any Picture oder Video.

    What can i do ?
    Is there a bug ?

    Please provide a link to the site in question so we can inspect the page. If you can also provide login info to the admin it would help.

    No there is nothing moved – we have an old side and want a new onepage side.
    so we seeks a nice template and found the enfold.
    we bought it two days ago, installed it an a subdomain and “play” a little to learn the features.

    when the new side is ready we copied the side to the maindomain.

    Sorry, maybe
    some weeks ago we changed the hoster and moved the Domain.
    but the subdomain was made a week ago and not moved

    I have found whats wrong.
    the SSL-Zertifikat was missing – i aktivate it now and i saw the pics.
    only the clip from the header is still missing on mobile.

    Hi,

    By default video clips will not auto-play on mobile This is a restriction of the device itself, not the theme.
