No option to use Google reCAPTCHA on Enfold's contact form

I am using the standard Enfold contact form with the maths captcha option. However I have suddenly started receiving spam as of a couple of weeks ago. As a result I’d like to upgrade to Google reCAPTCHA. I seem to remember this being an option but it’s not an option I can see to pick anywhere. I’ve looked both in the Enfold Settings under Google Services as well as in the form settings.

I tried installing the Contact Form 7 plugin (as I remember this was originally bundled with the theme but I never used it) and registering for reCAPTCHA v3 in there in case it would re-enable the functionality with Enfold but it has not. Ideally I’d like to keep things lightweight by continuing to use the Enfold contact form, so I imagine there may be better options than CF7. How best to add reCAPTCHA functionality?
