    Hi Guys

    I have another problem … why is this website i have just created before it goes live!.. the full screen slider is not optimising for IOS smart phone or tablet?
    I have many Enfold licenses and this is fine ?

    https://www.tradeglazeuk.co.uk not optimising ?

    http://www.tripleplas.co.uk is fine

    http://www.classicmercedeshire.com is fine

    All image sizes used are 1732 x 1155 ??

    Please advise .. thank you

    This is becoming rather frustrating. I have tested tradeglazeuk.co.uk on IOS Apple iPhone 6 and iPad and still the fullscreen slider is not optimising !… but on Android phone and tablet it works fine !!

    The strange thing is on tripleplas.co.uk and other sites it works absolutely fine !! using same size imagery.

    Are you saying that you have tested on all Apple and Android devices and tit works fine ???… I have just updated all wordpress and Enfold updates just today same problem

    Not only is this problem frustrating ???… my recent clients are seriously not happy and are seeking other avenues !! .. I have tested on various iPhones 6, 7 8 even the 10 latest why why ??

    The only difference between tripleplas.co.uk and the problem tradeglazeuk.co.uk

    tripleplas.co.uk Using Enfold version 4.2.1 .. I have not updated because works fine on both IOS and Android !!

    tradeglazeuk.co.uk Using latest Enfold version 4.6.1 …. only works on Android ??

    I have sorted the problem …. in fullscreen slider if I changed the option from fixed to scroll it works fine.

    Hi,

    Glad to know that you have found a fix. What do you mean by “not optimizing” exactly? Were you seeing a blown out or resized version of the image on mobile view?

    Hi

    Yes exactly …. was not responsive on IOS. Also Ismael, the burger menu ?… the pages are aligned at the bottom of the flyout . how can I arranged them at the top ?
