No One is Answering my Threads???

Hello,

I have posted two different threads 3-4 days ago as well as found similar thread topics asking for assistance and no one replies to me? This seems to be a growing issue. Is there a reason I see newer threads being answered fist and I never get a response. I have used this theme for years and recommended it to countless clients but support was always a great feature here. Can you give me some insight please. Every time I try to bump my thread in the past, I am told no to as it messes up the queue. Thanks!
