    Did you go to THEME OPTIONs and header and set the style you want for your header? Did you upload your logo?

    Hi! Thank you for your reply. Yes I did. I have used the Enfold theme for about a year and are quite familiar with it now.

    It seems like you have chosen to display Blank Template on your page, so header and footer are hidden. Please edit your page and choose Default page template – http://i.imgur.com/BoFXqwT.png
