    Hey thelordj,

    Sorry for the problem. You are getting 403 forbidden errors on the WordPress file in private. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can tell you why access to that file is not being allowed please?

    I contacted the hosting provider and they say to be detailed
    which file or which files appear private?

    Ask then to look at why requests to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php are blocked.
