Hi!
I’m trying to import demo on a website hosted on Aruba ( an Italian provider)
afther importing I do not receive errors but images are not importedmay I add images manually? where I can find them?

For me the provider sometimes block wordpress media uploads for different reasons. Could you try to upload a picture and see if it works?
If not, please try to troubleshoot (description here). Otherwise the support maybe has to take a closer look.
As the demo is imported from the internet, I think you need to save the pictures by hand from here: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-visual-artist/That’s something I notice from time to time, but unfortunately it doesn’t get any attention: the demo import links are all still based on the old non https links. Furthermore many of them are also based on www basis: http://kriesi.at
Although they are actually redirected to the https page in the browser:
http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-visual-artist/files/2015/07/sketch1a.jpg
These are still not included in the import.
So someone should check the xml demo files and update the links.Hi edc1512,
Sorry for the problem and late reply. I checked your uploads folder and I can see most of the demo image, which ones in particular are you looking for?

Rikardthank you I have already uploaded images manually, now I have another issue, on this demo images are not showing on iPhone iPad ( also on your official demo page), on emulators everything is ok but on real device no images.
