Hi
As a lot of other users, I have the problem when importing Enfold Demos, the images are not there (http://enf.swissagatha.ch/). According to tips you gave in the support forum, I tried different actions, but all without success (php version 7.0.27, memory limit 256M, use of plugin “WP maximum execution time exceeded”). Before every attempt to import a enfold demo, I made use of the “WordPress Reset” Plugin. The demos are imported without an error message, but the images are not available.I tried a FTP transfer and an xml-import with the WordPress importer.
I wonder also, W H E R E the pictures come from, because in the zip-file (from envato) there are not included. Can you please check my installation? Because this is a fresh test environment, you can do whatever you want, there is no sensitive data.
I’m very curious, if you can find the reason of this issue.
Best regards
Matthias
February 20, 2018 at 4:50 am #914669Hey Matthias,
Did you check that the uploads folder on your WordPress installation has the correct settings, that you are allowed to upload images? You can check that by just uploading an image in the image gallery. If you should need to import the images manually, you can find them under enfold/includes/admin/demo_files/demo_images.

RikardFebruary 21, 2018 at 3:19 am #915152Hi Rikard
Thanks for your replay. The uploads folder of my WordPress Installation has File Permission 755. I’m able to upload images without problems.
In the folder enfold/includes/admin/demo_files/demo_images are only screenshots from the demo themes but no images, that should be included in the themes. I still wondering myself, W H E R E the pictures should come from.
Today I did several new installations from scratch and all with no images in the demo pages. I would appreciate if you can take a look to my installation. Below you find the new login data.
Thanks a lot in advance and best regardsMatthias

VictoriaFebruary 21, 2018 at 11:32 pm #915777Hi Victoria
According to your advice, I changed the php_values on my hosting. http://enf.swissagatha.ch/phpinfo.php.
Since the very begin, after a WordPress Reset and a new import of a demo installation, I get the message “Alright sparky! Import worked out, no problems…”
Because the problem is still there (no images), I switched on “Display Error” on the hosting. After the “Alright sparky!…” message when I go to “Visite Site” I get the following message:
Warning: include(/home/swissaga/public_html/enf/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/medical/charmap.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/swissaga/public_html/enf/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 488
Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘/home/swissaga/public_html/enf/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/medical/charmap.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php70/usr/share/pear’) in /home/swissaga/public_html/enf/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 488Do you have any further sugestions?
Thanks a lot and best regards
MatthiasFebruary 22, 2018 at 4:55 am #915861Hi Matthias,
This error is fixed:
Warning: include(/home/swissaga/public_html/enf/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/medical/charmap.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/swissaga/public_html/enf/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 488 Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘/home/swissaga/public_html/enf/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/medical/charmap.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php70/usr/share/pear’) in /home/swissaga/public_html/enf/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 488
As for the images, I tried to export media files from Enfold Medical which I imported just now to my local installation and imported it on your site, however it doesn’t import the images, so I have uploaded them manually and the Enfold Medical theme should be working fine now :) Let us know if you need further assistance.

NikkoFebruary 23, 2018 at 2:34 am #916462Hi Nikko
Thanks a lot for fixing the error and inserting the images manually into my installation. I’m glad the whole website looks perfect now.
Since I have already invested a lot of time in this problem, I hope you understand, that I really would like to know what the reason is, why the images are not imported automatically in my installation. In this situation I can’t change to another demo.
Can you give me a short explanation (technically) how the images should be imported in a well working environment? My goal is it, to find out the reason. Thanks a lot in advance and best regards
