    Hi,

    I manage several Enfold websites and on all the icons are missing. (Social, Woocommerce & custom icons)
    I tried the PHP fix on two websites but it did not work.
    I did not use the CSS fix because it is only for social icons.

    In private I sent you the login details of an Enfold woocmmerce site wich needs quiet urgently a fix.

    I hoped a Theme update fixing this issue would have been release yesterday.

    for me it’s 19 websites :-/ and I like to use custom icons to personalize it more… damn it

    This will be fixed on the next update of Enfold which is scheduled to release within this week.

    Hi Niko,
    Thank you for your reply but as mentioned in my first post I already tried the PHP fix and it did not work. The CSS fix is not sufficient because it addresses only the social icons and not the WooCommerce and custom icons.

    In the backend I can see my custom icons but they are not rendered in the front-end.

    Hi Yannick77,

    I apologize, I was looking at @freepixelweb’s posted image and have concluded with the link as the solution for it.
    But after checking your site, I see some CORS policy issue, and to fix it, you’ll need to do what’s instructed in the documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#icons-are-showing-as-rectangular-boxes-

    Hi Nikko,

    no problem it was indeed a CORS policy issue – what a coincidence this just appeared at the same time as the social icon issue. It had me looking in the wrong direction.

    Thanks for the assitance!

    Any update on the Theme Update timing?

    As far as I know the releasing of the next Enfold update is within this week or atleast this month.
