Hi,
I need to create a page without header. I create it, but if i choose blank template, the contet isn’t at 100% but is fixed widht and left align… why?this is the same page: template: blank, no header, no footer

How can i do it?

First thing to do is update your theme and see if that helps. Next, deactivate any active plugins you have running.
By default the blank page template is full width so something else is causing a conflict with its default view.
