    Are all of the JS errors cleared? The loading is still inconsistent.

    Thanks for the update.

    The builder loads consistently on our end. There are still errors left but they’re not directly related to the builder or the theme.

    With respect, this response isn’t really timely or helpful. They response times are very long and I have been working on this with you for over a month.

    I don’t know what the error code is or me as and you haven’t provided any explanation of why it isn’t related to the theme.
    This site was working perfectly before the update and now it is not. I need support with why that is happening so we can fix it, not a terse response (after 5 days) of why isn’t isn’t your problem.
    I would repectly ask for a little help for an end-user who is not a dev and doesn’t understand this explanation at all.

    What are the plans for enabling or allowing animation logos to the page preloader? If so please let us know as we have a client that has requested this for their site.

    Hi,

    We would like to apologize for the delayed response. We get a lot of additional inquiries lately, so the duration of the queue tends to get longer when this happens. The error is not related to the builder nor the theme, so we can’t tell you how to fix it. However, on a quick search, the error seems to be related to Jetpack.

    Unfortunately, there seems to be no solution for that particular issue yet.
