    Hi, imported the demo content “Health Coach” but all the images are missing. The library is empty. Uninstalled it, deleted all content, reinstalled the theme … but still no images. Tried it on two different servers with different demo contents, same result, no images. Any clues?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that though there is a password prompt (.htaccess) before coming to the login page, could you post those details as well please?

    Hi,

    Ok, most likely because you have saved it in your browser? You should be able to see the details in the server management console with your hosting company or ask them directly what the details are.

    Hi, did you do anything? The error is gone anyway. Have you tried to import the demo images?

    Hi,

    I tried twice. The first one, I get this error:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

    The second one was successful but no images just as you have said. We will inspect this issue further.

    Hi Chris,

    I apologize for the delayed response. I also forgot to ask for the ftp access, so we can take a look at the files and what error appears, I frequently get 500 (internal server error) when trying to import demo on your site but couldn’t get enough information with it. I have tested the import demo on my local server and didn’t have any problems with the images.
