Hi – My org purchased Enfold many years ago before I was here. The person who purchased it, and her email address, are long gone. I’m wondering how I can register for the forums. The previous employee was Leslie Bloom. We were called SLO County Bicycle Coalition but have rebranded as Bike SLO County. I’m running enfold 4.0.7 on WP 4.8. I have my API key but no password. I’m trying to figure out how to access the fullwidth slider on my home page. When I go to the page to edit it just gives me a spinning pie. The images show up on the website, but I am unable to access then to change them. I’m happy to post to the forums to ask this but can’t access them. Any help – greatly appreciated. Thanks, Steve Akers (Email address hidden if logged out)

    Hi Steve,

    Thanks for contacting us!

We are going to need email address, username or purchase code to reset your forum account. I tried searching previous developers name and your company name however i could not find the profile. Can you please provide one of those details so we can reset the account for you?

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hi Steve,

That purchase code was not used on our forum so i registered you manually. Please check your email for login instructions.

After logging in, please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can update the theme for you :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hey!

Thanks for WP logins. We will need FTP logins to access to your server to overwrite theme files.

    Yigit,

Hi, still no luck. On trying to edit the Front Page/Home Page, I still get the spinning wheel: http://bikeslocounty.org/screen-shot-2017-10-31-at-12-05-40-pm/

If I toggle the Editor button the spinning wheel goes away but there is no content visible: http://bikeslocounty.org/screen-shot-2017-10-31-at-12-08-40-pm/

I’m also getting a message that “An automated WordPress update failed to complete: http://bikeslocounty.org/screen-shot-2017-10-31-at-12-08-40-pm/

    Should I update?

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Hi Yigit,

Tried it in Chrome (which I always use) and no luck.

Switched to Firefox and also no luck. Same result.

Manually cleared cache in preferences for both and did the hard reset for both.

    What else can I try?

Hi Yigit, Can you confirm, when you log in to our WP, and go to the Home Page file: Can you see the content or code? Or do you still see the spinning disk? When I go to try and edit that page I still can’t see our content.

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Hi,
    You are receiving a 404 on admin-ajax.php
you are using PHP Version: 5.4.45 please ask your host to update to v7, this is the new standard for WordPress.
Also check with them about Suhosin being active, this may override PHP server settings. Suhosin is an advanced protection system for PHP that may be giving a false positive and blocking admin-ajax.php
I see this warning in your layerslider > system status >
