    Hi,

    I have no longer access to the options (are not displayed) . A theme update is displayed, but is not feasible, because there is no access to the options . :-(
    (Error message see private content.)
    Can you help me ?

    Hey Nicoletta_DUS,

    I can access the options on my end, could you try a different browser maybe? You have a few error messages displaying on the backend, you might want to have a look those as well.

    Hi,

    Please login to the site using a chrome browser and update the theme, this should fix the current issue you are facing :)

    Hi Vinay,

    why can’t I update the theme with the firefox browser? I don’t want to install a new browser like chrome. I already have firefox and internet explore to check. What’s wrong with the theme oder WP? I am getting error messages, can’t make changes in the options. Could you explain me what is the problem? When I get so much trouble after every WP or theme-update and have to repair picture-connections etc. it is no fun any more and besides too much work.

    Hey!

    We suggest a different browser, because you are cached now ( your wordpress site ), so the solution is to access it with a different browser or go ahead and clean all the cookies.
