No access to advanced layer editor with role "Redakteur"

Hi,
I have problems editing my sites and blog entries using the”erweiterter Layout-Editor”.

Sites: Using my account as Redakteur (editor?) as I did for a long while, I don’t get access to the pages any more (only a sand glass visible). When logged in a an adminstrator, I can edit the same pages. Due to security resons I don’t want to publish any public content with my admin account, that’s what I created a seprate account for.

Blog-Entries (Beiträge): I can swith to the advanded editor neither as editor or admin – which has worked before (longer time ago, don’t use it so often).

Already deleted cache and history, problem accours furthermore.
Logging in via http:// or https:// also makes no difference.

Woudl be greateful for any suggestions how I can solve that issue, thanks in advance.
