How can I have the following features of the Newspaper theme with Enfold:
1) I want to make the top row of my website similar to the one in newsparper theme: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
How can I use rows in Enfold to have the same view. Also I want to know how I can have captions on the image similar to that page?
2) How can I add colored rectangle and line to the magazine element to look like the element in Newspaper theme?

Try using a Masonry element build the grid, the captions can be edited to replicate that appareance.

I have tries your solution but it didn’t work as i don’t have control over the order of images with masonry element.You may be able to control that by adjusting dates or tags, i’m not sure if you’d get the same result to be honest, it would require a bit of custom work.
