Are you using a newsletter plugin? If so then you could do this, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/, to add a widget area to your header. If the plugin has a widget or a shortcode available then you could use it there.
Or if you just want to add a new icon and then use that to link to a newsletter then you could do this, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/add-social-media-icon-to-header/#post-222806.
