Hi,
I’ve linked the newsletter to my Mailchimp account using the API key, however, the form is not working. The entries are not being sent to my Mailchimp list and no confirmation or notification emails are being sent out. I have no idea if anyone is subscribing. Where are the entries stored? This newsletter form is nothing but a joke as far as I can tell. I am losing valuable emails and potential customers. Please help.August 28, 2019 at 9:27 pm #1131733Hey dynamicdesignsnw,
Check the beta version added please

September 2, 2019 at 1:09 pm #1132963Hi,
Thank you for using Enfold.
@dynamicdesignsnw: The login details didn’t work. Please provide a valid account so that we can check the dashboard.
@yohopower: Do you have the latest version of the theme (v4.6)? Please create a thread and include the necessary details in the private field. We’ll check the issue there.Best regards,

This MailChimp form is not built with Enfold, you might want to write to the plugin devs or check their support forums.

VictoriaOctober 24, 2019 at 9:30 pm #1150989Hi I am having the same problem, I have connected the theme to mailchimp api but when people complete the form, they are not being added to mailchimp. I have the latest version of the theme. How do I fix this?
October 28, 2019 at 1:37 pm #1151738Hi,
Thank you for the update.
There are fields in the subscription form that is not supported by the theme — the phone and birthday field. Please note that the subscribe element only supports basic form fields (text and dropdowns) currently.

IsmaelOctober 29, 2019 at 9:07 pm #1152141Hi Ismael,
I am unsure if your reply was to me but I only have the email field on the homepage and its the default form on the contact page, I haven’t added any other additional fields yet still doesn’t subscribe the user.thanks
October 30, 2019 at 2:20 pm #1152342Hi,
Thank you for following up.
We checked the Enfold > Newsletter panel and found a single form in there called “Traders Club International”. It contains unsupported fields such as birthday and phone numbers, but you’re not using it in any of your pages. Please note that you’re not supposed to use the Contact Form element as the subscription form. You have to replace it with the Mailchimp Signup form element and select the appropriate form. You have to remove the unsupported fields first, or create another subscription form from your mailchimp account.
Best regards,
