Hi Kriesi Team,
I have received a warning from my google Search Console about one of my website pages:
“When we tested a sample of the URLs from your Sitemap, we found that some of the URLs were unreachable. Please check your webserver for possible misconfiguration, as these errors may be caused by a server error (such as a 5xx error) or a network error between Googlebot and your server. All reachable URLs will still be submitted”
It is related to my /news page in this address: +
Should I change anything in theme? Why it is just happened to my news page (the most important page)?
Regards,
Sadegh
Hi Sadegh,
It might only be temporary but if you are getting 500-something errors on the page if you actually visit them I would contact your hosting provider to see if they have any answers.
Thanks,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
Yes, actually it is a page that we normally visit, as all our news and articles are getting updated from this page.
So, could you please see what it is all about?
(p.s. please find the image in private area too)
Regards,
Sadegh
Hi,
I’m not sure why you are getting that error, it’s nothing the theme is involved with. Could you try asking the same question in a Google support forum maybe?
Thanks,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
As you asked, I had my question with Google support and the problem is solved now.

Sadegh
