Hi, I am trying to create a company news page. I created a page and called it news so when I click on it, it redirects me to my homepage.

Can you post the link to your website please?

I think that happens because this Page is set as the Homepage either in the Theme Options or Settings > Reading.

JosueMay 21, 2014 at 11:01 pm #268287thank you very much. One last question i promise haha. I am using the child theme configuration plugin. Is that good for the enfold child them to edit or should i just use the custom quick css in the theme options?
May 21, 2014 at 11:04 pm #268291I have not used that plugin and i don’t think it may be necessary if you are using it just to include custom CSS. When using a child theme you can directly edit the style.css file, which i think is more reliable than using Quick CSS.
Cheers!
JosueMay 21, 2014 at 11:11 pm #268302ok, how do i directly edit the style.css file? do i have to use something like file zilla
May 21, 2014 at 11:18 pm #268308No, you can do it via the Dashboard, Themes > Editor > select the child theme > style.css.
