Need assistance in updating my enfold theme. My site was working fine until the updates, I cannot update the theme to begin trouble shooting

Yes please elaborate the issue if you have any errors on the page it will help provide better solution.
If you do not find the update option in Enfold > Theme update
First try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/
If that don’t sort the issue and you are not using a child theme please backup any custom changes you may have added to the theme and download the enfold latest version 3.5.4 from themeforest and update the theme manually via FTP following the steps provided here http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/
