    Hi, I have bought the licence for my website, sparkylab.co.uk. I am still working on the website (and facing problems after updating the theme and waiting for a feedback from you). As I changed my mind with the domain, and want to use sparkylab.co, can you tell me if I transfer my website to this domain, I am still having the license please? I haven’t launched the website yet, still working on it. Thanks

    Yes, you can use the license for the other domain.

    Hey Victoria,

    thanks for getting back to me about change the domain.
    I have a more urgent issue, though. I updated the Enfold theme and even though I have a child theme, I lost all the customisation. I had a backup and restored it. But, how can I update the theme now? I attach the ftp details. Do you want to try to help me through ftp please?

    Thanks for the details, we need WordPress login details as well though. Also, I think you have opened more than this thread about the same problem? If so then please stick to one thread.
