    Hi
    I have update the theme and the new layout builder doesn’t work with the child-enfold.
    I found out that there´s a problem with wpml and the child. If I deactivate the wpml it works but I need the site in 3 languages. Could you help me on this?

    Thanks for the login details, though I couldn’t see any problems on my end, the builder is loading as it should. I can see that your child theme is not active though, does the problem occur when activating the child theme?

    Thanks for your quick answer.

    I don’t understand what is happening. Now I’m trying with the parent and the child and seems not working.
    The problem is that if I try to switch between Layout Elements, Content Elements, Media Elements don’t change. EX: I want to go to Content Elements and can’t go there or Media Elements. Like the Builder is not working properly.
    What it’s difficult to understand is why it works for you and not for me :(

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, that is not working on my end either. Did you try disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from one of them?

    You could also try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Yes, it cames from wpml plugin, what I said in a previous tread. I contact wpml support and they told me I should to you as this come from your side. What am I supposed to do? I need the web in several languages and I cannot skip this plugin. Also yes, I upload the theme via FTP, otherwise doesn’t allow me to upload from the wordpress site.

    Hi LucianaGraphic,

    Your php version has to be at least php5.6.3. The WPML and Enfold even child theme should work fine.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. You are using a Grid Row element on that page and that element is full width. Could you try 1/2 elements instead please?
