GuestHi Folks,
We purchased the new version. I can’t figure out a way to get the six months of support you offer. Themeforest links me to your help page, but I have not received any sort of username or password except for ThemeForest, so I can’t log in. My client had version 3.3.2 of the Enfold theme. Upon downloading the new version, I see the instructions are out of date. A manual installation failed. I’d like immediate help. The website is edwardsconsult.com. The ThemeForest username is LarryEdwards101. The item purchase code is 86290b14-24a0-468d-9e9a-ecfbf1851211.
Thank you,
Jeff Napier,

Thanks for contacting us!
You can register to our support forum using your purchase code here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and after logging in, you can start new threads under Enfold sub forum – https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold#new-post
That being said, when I logged in to your site, older version of the theme was active. I activated the latest version and chose “Home” as your frontpage in Enfold theme options and that helped. I do not see the issue with menu items so I did not touch them.
Please review your website :)Cheers!

GuestIt was very nice of you to help install our recently purchased theme. However, when I tried to install your latest update, it failed in the same way as what I could not install previously. Perhaps it would be useful if you could tell me the exact way to update a theme. The seemingly obvious approach is to click the Upload Theme button, that tells me the theme already exists. Upon renaming the existent theme folder, I get what I had before, which is a menu that covers most of the home page, with a link to every page on the site. Thanks very much for your help. – Jeff
November 29, 2020 at 5:46 am #1263735Hi Jeff,
If you want to update by uploading the theme then you would have to use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/. The easiest way to update would be to follow this though: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. Register your theme, then add the token to the backend. Then you should receive automatic updates on the backend, you only have to initiate the update manually.
Best regards,
Rikard -
