    I purchased Enfold a few years back to build my first site. It was awesome till the server got hacked and crashed my site. I got some help to get the site back up and running, but do not like the theme (i.e. it’s not Enfold). I uploaded the Enfold theme files, but they are the original files from my purchase, version 2.7.1 (none of the updates), and it does not work. I thought I’d be able to update once the theme files were uploaded, but cannot figure out how. I logged into Themeforest to see if I could get an up to date version there with no success. What are my options to get an up to date version?

    I have the proof of my original purchase, if that would help.

    Hey Timothy,

    Are you sure that you are logging into the correct Themeforest account? If you have a valid purchase then the theme files should be available for download in your account. Maybe it would be better if you reached out to Envato/Themeforest directly to see why you can’t access the theme file?
