    I added a new product to my site and the item does not show up (it’s an insulation system). If I change the items per page to 30, then the item shows up and stays visible even when switching back to 15 items per page (note that I only have 8 items total so all should always be visible).

    Can any of you tell me why my new product is not visible except when I change the “items per page” setting?

    Hey timnickles,

    Did you make sure to clear your browser cache and reload the page? If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
