Hi. Lately, the automatic new WooCommerce order emails are not being sent out to my clients immediately after a new order, nor am I receiving them. Instead, they do arrive several hours afterward.
Also, when I try to clear the cache of my website, by going via the Firewall on my GoDaddy hosting account, it does not get cleared. I typically know that the cache has been successfully cleared by opening a new incognito window in Chrome and then try to place a new order, such as here on this link, for example: https://abogadonotarioonline.com/en/producto/certificado-de-nacimiento/ If the shopping cart is at “0” products, then it typically means that the cache was cleared.

Do the emails arrive immediately when you switch to a different theme? The theme doesn’t interfere with the default checkout or order process, so it is possible that something else is delaying the emails. You may need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to check your mail server, and open another ticket in the Woocommerce support forum for additional assistance.
