Hello,
The previous wordpress designer installed the theme in the site with Enfold, we required updates since we have the version 3.0.8 and we just find out themeforest updates are not unlimited any more, according to the designer we don’t have more updates with the current licence, so we are obligated to get another licence. Now the first question i have is i notice the Enfold logo in the dashboard is green and the one is in themeforest is orange, is this the same theme? I will leave my login info in the private area just to confirm im buying the right theme.
Second when i use the new licence is this will be a problem as far is connecting to validate the new key? and username?
Any advice to proceed with the update? I believe the previous designer did some manual changes in the php files, what would be the best way to update the theme with out affecting the normal functionality of the site.

Enfold can be purchased here: http://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990?ref=Kriesi, it’s the same as you are using.
Very difficult to say what your previous developer has changed or not changed, I would suggest you do a backup of the old site before you update and save any custom CSS in Quick CSS.

I create another account using my support@clinkweb .com with the new Enfold licence, but for some reason with both logins is taking me to the same profile wich is tied to the previos licence from Ohayoweb. ( this is not my theforest account)
My new user name is Fabymosa and the new enfold licence is under my themeforest account as follow:
(private)I like to create the tickets with the new account, or it doesn’t matter?
I just want to make sure you guys are aware I have a new license and the other company does not received any notification .

I’m not sure if you are having the account problem on Themeforest or here? If you used the same emails for both accounts I’m guessing you would be taken to the same account. Please don’t post your purchase code openly in the post, use the Private Content area for sensitive information. I’ve edited your post so you don’t have to do anything with the previous post.
