    Hello,
    I just purchased the theme and installed the base demo. When I try to edit any content on the demo pages, all the edit windows are blank. To try and solve the issue I deleted all my older unused themes and deleted all the older editor plugins. Still experiencing the same issue.

    Thoughts on why all the edit windows are blank?

    We haven’t seen that problem on any of our installations. Where can we see and reproduce the problem that you are having?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Did you change the login or admin URL? We tried to access the default URLs, but they redirect to a 404 error page. Please include the custom login URL in the private field.

    It is weird, when our sys admin created our staging site it looks like the typical WP-Admin urls are not active. I added our standard login URL for our site that will take you to the WP dashboard and config tools.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    The Advanced Layout Builder (ALB) is loading correctly based on our check (see private field). Is this happening on a specific page? Please provide the page URL in the private field.

    Hi,

    The ALB does load but when you try and edit the content the edit modal windows are blank. I added a link to the Homepage in the private field, try and edit the content. Change the text “Crazy Cool Usability Features” to something else and change the text in one of the icon boxes. This is repeatable on all pages.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the clarification. There is 500 internal server error on the WordPress file in private while trying to edit elements. Please share server error logs with us.
