The problem is new media is not showing up on pages or when u want to add a new picture to a page. There is only shown old images none of the new uploaded are showing. Ive changed rights for uploads folder to 755 and nothing changed.

And also another weird issue: When we make changes such as theme font, color or change slider – the changes don’t come through on frontend before after 30-60 mins.

Can you please try changing file names and use only English characters? Your images cannot be found right now. Also please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. It should help caching issue you are having. After making styling changes, please flush cache and refresh your page a few times. Also, there could be a server side caching, please check with your service provider.
