I know facebook has updated there settings and was wondering why I can see my like box in the editor, but when i go to page it’s on there’s nothing. See images below:
I tried using the plugin mentioned in other posts – https://wordpress.org/plugins/facebook-page-feed-graph-api/ BUT when i installed it, it was no where to be found (guessing another plugin was causing this) so this option isn’t going to work for me

If you need to dive into the backend let me know so i can set up a temp password.

September 27, 2015 at 11:23 am #509660Hey!
you have uses WP Super Cache plugin. Activate this plugin again, then go into it’s settings and switch off caching. Afterwards deactivate this and all other plugins. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Cheers!
AndySeptember 27, 2015 at 1:30 pm #509673Hey Andy,
I did what you listed above, but it still seems to not be showing up.
All plugins are still currently deactivated.
Any idea as to why i can see it in the editor?
September 28, 2015 at 6:42 am #509816Hey!
You can use the theme’s facebook widget on Appearance > Widgets panel. We added an example for you: http://meredithmaselli.com/test/

IsmaelSeptember 28, 2015 at 7:09 am #509829Oh this is a great work around, quick question. Where does the widget area live, i’ve updated the page i have it on but it’s showing the Enfold page by default. Where should i look to update the info being parsed.
September 28, 2015 at 4:27 pm #510231Hey!
not sure what you mean, but I think you are asking how to implement the widget into page content, right? When editing a page go to “Content element” inside of ALB and choose “Custom Widget Area”.
Regards,
AndySeptember 29, 2015 at 11:15 am #510671No, i know where it’s at in the ALB, but when i add it, it’s showing the Enfold fan page, where do i put my info to make it show a different page.
September 29, 2015 at 7:23 pm #510945Hi!
no idea what you mean. Can you explain further please? you can also use screenshots to highlight what you mean. Use imgur.com or dropbox.
Best regards,
AndySeptember 30, 2015 at 12:33 am #511052I’m using the test you guys setup to see if it’s working correctly
There is NO options within the widget to customize what FB page to show
The default is the Kriesi Facebook Like Page
I have a page i need to show instead, but where do I do this at?
September 30, 2015 at 11:52 am #511357Hi!
go to Design->Widgets and look for the “Enfold Facebook like box” widget. Adjust the settings there.

AndySeptember 30, 2015 at 1:00 pm #511417Hey Andy,
I don’t seem to see anything with the title “Design”
I went to Appearance > Widgets > Enfold Facebook Like Box BUT cannot see/find where i would enter any information:
I can only select this, not change/enter any information that would change it.
Am i overlooking somehting, i feel like this is something super simple. Can you explain how to change it?
October 1, 2015 at 5:04 am #511924Hi!
I actually created a new custom widget area called “Facebook” on Appearance > Widgets panel. You can find the “Enfold Facebook Widget” there. Just change the url.
