Hi there,
We have setup this theme and for some reason the pages don’t load from time to time, then once refresh seem to load again. Mostly happens when in the backoffice, but also happens on the frontend.
Could you let me know if there are any bugs that need fixing currently with this theme?
Thanks in advance

I’m not able to access your site, I get the error in private after the captcha screen.

If you press enter on the URL it seems to load after a couple of attempts.
Thanks

Ok, thanks for the feedback. Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Thanks,
RikardSeptember 28, 2016 at 1:50 pm #692627Thanks, I have a copy of the latest theme files. As I have recently updated the configs of a variety of files within my current version of the theme, do you which files I should be uploading to resolve the slow website issue?
Thanks
DamonSeptember 28, 2016 at 3:03 pm #692710Hi,
It could be due to various reason your site is loading slow or not loading at all. I checked the console and there are no errors from the site itself. One of the reason could be low memory. Defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.
To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');For a detailed explaination please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Or you can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.If that don’t help. Please access wp-content/plugins folder via FTP or control panel > File manager and rename it to plugins-old to see if it makes a difference.
If you are then able to load the site normally please login as admin and rename the plugins-old folder back to plugin to see if any plugins are causing this issue.
Let us know your test results so we can suggest further steps.

VinayOctober 6, 2016 at 12:14 pm #695978Thanks for that, I have…
1) added the memory limit code
2) installed and activated w3 cache plugin
3) installed and activated heartbeat control panel
4) installed and activated sweep plugin to optimize database. We are still having a random issue when trying to save posts, they are timing out and providing 500 error. What I have noticed is if you are quick when updating the page and saving, it seems to work. If you spend a few minutes or more updating a page then update it will time out.
Any advice would be greatly received,Thanks
DamonOctober 6, 2016 at 1:42 pm #696019Hi,
It does appear to be a memory issue. When you spend more time on the post editing, wordpress will make that many more revisions of the post/page available for you.
Try using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/revision-control/ and limit the revisions to 5 for testing purpose and see if that helps.
Best regards,
