Hello Enfold Support Team,
I hope you’re well.
I’m soon to be launching a new website, https://envialab.com/, where I create and sell custom demo designs specifically for Enfold users. Before moving forward further, I wanted to confirm that the way this is implemented is fully compliant with Enfold’s licensing terms.
To clearly explain how it works:
* Customers must already own or purchase a valid Enfold license
* I am not reselling, bundling, or redistributing the Enfold theme
* Each demo design is delivered via a custom demo import plugin created by us
* The plugin is used only to import layout data, demo content, and Enfold-compatible configurations
* No Enfold core theme files are included or redistributed within the plugin
* The plugin requires Enfold to already be installed and activated by the customer
* All support will be handled by us
The intention is to provide professionally designed demos that Enfold users can import easily, while fully respecting Enfold’s intellectual property and licensing model.
Could you please confirm:
1. Whether selling Enfold demo designs delivered via a custom demo import plugin is permitted under your terms
2. Whether there are any restrictions, best practices, or required disclaimers you would recommend
3. If there are any elements that should be avoided to remain fully compliant
I want to ensure everything is handled correctly and in line with Enfold’s policies from the start.
Thank you very much for your time and guidance.
Kind regards,
Lee
