Nested Category, Subcategory post menu

Hello,
I’m making our new corporate website.
I want to create 2 quasi-separate blog pages.
Since WP doesn’t allow 2 blog pages, just 1, I want to display posts from 1 category and its subcategories on 1 page and similarly categorized posts (news) on a second page.
I managed to make the posts display on the separate pages but I still need a menu to navigate through the categories and posts.
The menu’s available from Enfold do not allow me to nest posts, categories yes, but not the posts.
Is there a plugin/way/widget to get around this ?
I’d need the menu to be nested and expandable
