I’m on iOS7 iphone 5 and have also tried on android phones. On neither of devices can I get a YouTube or Vimeo embed to actually play. They display, but touching/tapping on the video’s still frame on the screen doesn’t cause it to actually play.
To be clear, we have included these embeds as iframes within a text block. Here is the embed code we are using:
<p style=”text-align: center;”><iframe src=”//www.youtube.com/embed/########” height=”315″ width=”560″ allowfullscreen=”” frameborder=”0″></iframe></p>
Replace the ####### with the video in question. Doesn’t matter which video. It simply will not play on mobile devices. The videos work fine on Desktop.
Any help would be much appreciated.

sr123Before I test this, is it safe to switch between the Enfold them and the default wordpress theme without losing any configuration on the Enfold theme side? I have had issues in the past with switching between other themes. Thanks, sr12
Yes, the videos display fine with the default theme. Only in the Enfold theme I run into the issue.

Do you mind if we take a look at the actual website? Please make sure that you’re running WP 3.9 and the latest version of Enfold, 2.7.1.

You are currently using 2.6.1, latest version of Enfold is 2.7.1.

If you have not changed the theme name, you do not need to worry about your options. They will remain the same. Please update the theme via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750
