    Hi,
    My site looks terrible and I can’t do any updates…I keep getting the following message:
    “Download failed. Failed to write request to temporary file.”
    What went wrong where and how can I fix it?

    Hey Willem!

    Please try re-updating the theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    Also make sure that your folders have correct permissions – https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions

    Hi Yigit,
    Finally got all my updates to work, thanks! Everything on the site is back to normal now, except for the LayerSlider WP – no sliders are working. I see a new version came out recently, but my Enfold theme update did not update the slider, is this why the sliders aren’t working? How to fix this?

    Hi!

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    Each domain requires a new license. You may not be charging for your services but Enfold is a paid product therefore it cannot be used for free or it would be illegal and not ethical :) Thank you for asking!
